2023/24 Client Satisfaction Report


Our team of consultants are passionate about our work and strive to ensure we deliver valuable and worthwhile outcomes for our clients.


As a business that is all about constant improvement, each year, we ask our clients to provide feedback about their experience working with us and the quality of our consulting services to help us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve – collectively and individually.

 

This year we made the decision to incorporate a question about likelihood to recommend or refer and were very pleased to learn that our overall Net Promoter Score for this period is 76.
 
With integrity and transparency being among our core values we believe it is important that we own and share the results of our Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. In that spirit, this Summary Report provides an overview of all 25 responses provided by clients we worked with during 2023/24.
